The cook can make or break a restaurant and the cook at this restaurant was what every food critic hopes to find, a seasoned expert in Thai cuisine...Both the cook and waitress had no idea that we were there to critique their restaurant, yet we were treated better than most high-end restaurants!
After being closed for a bit for remodeling the best Thai food in Holland is back in action with a new name. The first place in Holland to offer Thai food many years ago was the appropriately named Chinese and Thai Cuisine on River Avenue north of the bridge.
